3.1 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your WeChat account and ima knowledge base account. The Developer bears no responsibility for any unauthorized access or misuse of your accounts.
3.2 Content Responsibility: You acknowledge that all articles processed by the Software belong to their respective copyright holders. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
3.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Software. You acknowledge that the legality of using automation software may vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your region.
3.4 System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for running the Software, including but not limited to:

5.3 Third-Party Service Changes: The Software relies on the WeChat PC client and ima browser extension. Any changes, updates, or discontinuation of these third-party services may affect the Software's functionality. The Developer is not responsible for any issues arising from such changes.
5.4 Compatibility Issues: The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with all system configurations, WeChat versions, or browser extensions. You acknowledge that the Software may not function properly in all environments.
6.1 Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

8.1 User Termination: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and ceasing all use.
8.2 Developer Termination: The Developer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your license to use the Software if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and uninstall it from all devices. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.
9.1 Right to Modify: The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modified versions will be posted with a new version number and effective date.
9.2 Notice of Changes: For significant changes, the Software may notify you upon launch. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
